It has the most delightful views across the valley and to the mountains from one terrace whilst also commanding stunning views out to sea and the North African coastline from a second terrace. From the lounge there is a compact, but well equipped kitchen and a terrace for outside dining which overlooks the charming garden below. On the first floor there is a lovely double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and a large terrace with superb views across the village to the mountains and also out to sea and the Moroccan coastline. Down stairs from the lounge there are two further bedrooms, a twin and a double with the latter having direct access to the terrace and pool area. Here you’ll find a comfortable and very private terrace seating area with sun loungers and a beautiful small swimming pool. The second very large bathroom has a spacious walk in shower with ample room to be able to service both these downstairs bedrooms. Directly outside the house there is a parking space with further parking available very close to the far end of the garden. Two further large swimming pools are available for use within the urbanisation, one of which is heated during the winter and only a very short walk from Villa Jasmine. The urbanisation has a manned 24 hour reception gate for comfort and safety and also boasts a great restaurant a tempting bakery /delicatessen and butcher/bodega plus a delightful and friendly small bar. *Please note that the prices are displayed per week.
