This Villa is placed very close distance to Puerto Banus and Marbella but still very nice and quiet in the night with a wonderful panoramic view over both golf- mountain- and sea view. The area is very secure with with security patrolling most of the day. You have supermarket under 1 km from the villa. The house has a full time maid at your service from 8:00 to 17:00. She will do your bed, clean etc. You do not need to do anything but relax and enjoy your stay. You have complete access to all features in this wonderful villa - which includes: Heated 365 days 29C pool. 8 people Jacuzzi Steam Bath Gym Conference room Cinema with AppleTV Lounge / Disco area with bar, fridges and ice machine Different terrasses with or without shade in different levels all with sunbeds Big dining terrasse with BBQ Gated parking for up to 5 cars Fully equiped kitchen with high tech special-coffee machine and big american fridge Laundry area with both washing machine and dryer Full time maid at your service (if you do not prefer a maid in the house this can also be arranged) Inside dinning and living area for 14+ people Most rooms have ensuite bathroom SONOS sound system in most rooms. High Speed 200/200 mbit internet connection in all areas in- and outside IPAD controlled lights in all areas with dimming and change of LED colours A/C in all rooms both hot and cold and much much more.... You have a maid at your full disposal from 08:00-17:00 everyday free of charge. If there's any technical issues that your maid are not able to solve, there's a maintenance company connected to the house - we will try our upmost to fix the issue asap. La Alqueria is a very upcoming and unique area of Costa Del Sol. First of all it is very nice and quiet during the nights and still you are so close to all the action. Only 5 min. from Puerto Banus and 10 min. from Marbella. Supermarket under 1 km away from you (Mercadona) 100's of restaurants also very close You have Benahavis only 3 min. away with its charm and rising star michelin restaurants you should defenatly enjoy this village.
